We are in love with this chair! Purchased it for my husbands birthday and each of us or both of us have had a massage every day since. It was delivered on time, we paid for the professionally assembly through Amazon. John was our tech (Silent Labors in the VA area) and was absolutely phenomenal. The chair is comfortable, easy to use and provides many features–still working our way through them. Both of us are approx 5’10” and the chair fits our different body shapes comfortably. My husband loves the blue tooth feature and is recovering from a relatively minor car accident a couple months ago.FYI, even with its space saving size it was unable to fit through the doors of our older home upon delivery. Once unboxed (WATCH THE VIDEO), we were able to lift the legs and wheel it into the appropriate room easily prior to the arms being assembled. I feel confident that it will be easy to move again when necessary. We are a military family and move quite often.Also, we received a discounted foot massager with our purchase. Unfortunately, it wasn’t working properly upon delivery–BUT Kahuna has had INCREDIBLE customer service so far!! And we received our replacement this morning. We are happy with the chair AND the customer service!

This chair came super quick and is awesome! Assembly was a little challenging but you just have to make sure you line up the bolts. It’s heavy but easily moved on it’s rear wheels. The instructions are a little sparse but once you realize how to use all of the functions, it’s great! You have to hit the auto buttons one time for each program (like twice for #2) and you’ll see the number come up on the remote. It’s a fantastic chair and well worth the money. And the free foot/leg massager is wonderful and a real steal!

I have had this chair since Feb ’19 but didn’t get around to writing a review. Honestly I am not real big on witing reviews.However, after having recently dealt with their after sales service, I feel compelled to add my comments. After several daily massaging sessions on this chair, towards 4th quarter of 2020, the massage chair developed some unusual sounding grinding noises and the seat cushion was also frayed from constant use. Anyway, I reached out to support folks and despite the unavailability of sending a technician due to pandemic, I still received step by step instructions of how to apply some lubrication to the rollers and that took care of grinding noise. They shipped the seat cushion as well and helped me replace the old one.Just this week, I reached out to them again and this was an issue with frayed belt which powers the rollers with the motor. I again received excellent support with diagnosing the issue. They do know their product inside out for sure. Anyway, color me impressed. It is not only a great product, but also excellent after sales service.

On time (and FREE!) delivery, inexpensive product (compared to high end models), super difficult to install (instructions were garbage but I found something on youtubes). But, holy cow does this thing work like a charm. It’s smooth, it’s STRONG (too strong for me, a grown 6′ man, had to reduce to light intensity), it’s quiet and it feels freakin great. It just feels incredibly well built and it works like a charm. One of the most satisfying purchases I’ve ever made. Very happy customer (despite the horrific instructions and somewhat difficult to install solo – it would’ve been better to have an assistant).

Many improvements from the previous model 6800 which shows that the manufacture is really listening to the reviews! Had a problem with one of the air tubes in the shoulder pad and customer service was very quick to react. So far so good, very satisfied.A couple of things for the future models:1. Body scanning can be off sometimes2. A place to “mount” the remote by the armrest would be a nice addition so that I don’t have to look for the remote in the middle of the session. There is currently a remote holder on the side of the massage chair but it does require you to sort of get up to grab it.3. foot massage: More heels squeeze and foot arch massage would be nice as well. Current foot massage is more on the outside sole instead of the arch area.

I am very impressed and happy with this product. I bought this chair for my Mom. Given its complexity, it can be foreboding for an elderly person. But, it is designed such that I have been able to slowly familiarize her with how it can benefit her with supervision.We do not use the arm, forearm and shoulder massage functions on her, we do take advantage of the heat and foot massage which she enjoys.While she does not use all of its functionality — particularly the more strenuous massage functions, she is able to use those that are most beneficial for her at this point — the heat, lower body and zero gravity functions. And, we continue to learn whether there are other functions that might be beneficial for her.Importantly, we are able to incorporate this chair as an important part of her therapeutic activities.

This is the first massage chair that I’ve bought and I think for what it does, it was money well- spent. There are many functions to the chair and one of its functions include Bluetooth speakers. The first time I used it, I was not use to the pressure, like for example when it squeezed my calves, however, you can adjust the settings and over time you get used to it. There are certain settings I did not like, but I am glad I was able to change to different types of massage techniques with the remote.

This chair is amazing! I have had some lower back and neck issues, and decided to invest in a massage chair. I use it almost daily, whenever I have some free time to sit down. It is strong, perfect amount of pressure. I have tried most positions and love zero gravity, stretching and heating features. Bluetooth feature is an added bonus. I usually plan some calming meditation music. It is so relaxing, I almost fell asleep a few times.

It looks nice in the room. It takes up little space because of the design. It is pretty much right up against a wall behind it, and when it opens up and leans back it never touches the wall. I like that. I’m addicted to this chair. I use to get regular massages until Covid. This chair is an amazing piece of technology that works really well for a comfortable and deep tissue massage. At least for my back and arms and legs. I crank it up to the highest intensity and remove the back pad. Awesome! Fits right up against the wall because of the way it slides to extend. However, it is very heavy and from what my husband tells me, a bit tricky to assemble. If you need to move it up stairs or aren’t savvy with assembly, I would highly recommend paying for the extra service that is offered.

As other reviews stated, if you just want a back rub this may not be the chair for you but it will loosen your back muscles. I would not only recommend this chair if I had to replace it for some reason I would probably just get the same one, yes I’m that happy with it!

Ordered my LM6800S during Thanksgiving and scheduled delivery to my house in the next few days.Easy to assemble (20 to 30 min) by looking up Youtube video and reading from manual. I gave it my first test run and it was fantastic.L-shape roller can reach from cervical spine(neck) all the way to pelvic. I like the variety of setting, speed and pressure strength. the chair even has a heating functions that heats up during the massage session.It’s a great massage chair for the price and with lots of functions and feature.Easy to use and understand.If you are looking for a affordable and good quality massage chair, this is it.

OK, I’ve had this chair for 60 days. First and foremost, if you were looking for a soft gentle massage this isn’t it, in any setting. I am a male exterior contractor and love a aggressive massage. It took me a little while to get used to this beauty. I am now in love with it and couldn’t see my life without one. It is very comfortable to sit in, The kneading,tapping and rolling settings are Phenomenal A+++ .The foot rollers weren’t Designed to move from anywhere but the center of your foot. However, you can move your feet to get different areas. Foot rollers are intense they still get a solid B. The heat in the legs only works when in compression mode and gets HOT! kinda sucks. Heat in the back I’d give a Solid B+ The compression in the legs, arms and shoulders are intense, overall function could be better, but again a solid B. I believe I got a great deal for $2000 And couldn’t see my life without one of these babies in our family.

Great deep massage. I enjoy a deep massage so it is great there. But the main complaint i have is that the legs are spring loaded with no way to lock into place, so you have to keep constant pressure with legs for full body layout. Other then that great!

This chair gives a tremendous massage, and a powerful one at that. The material of the chair feels nice, the air bags inflate well and squeeze your calves, arms, hands and shoulders, while the rollers have various functions from kneading to tapping. The remote is really nice with a graphic that lights up showing functions taking place. The zero gravity position is very relieving on the spine and seems to be just the right angles. So overall, the design of the chair is well thought out, the features are numerous and the massage quality easily matches that of chairs double its price. There are some flaws in the design however, which the manufacturer should really address. The bluetooth speakers emit a constant buzz and so when you just want to recline quietly, there is the buzzing noise right in your ears. I am hoping there is a way to disconnect this. Then the footrest also has a high resistance to push down to fit a longer leg, and also the foot massage rollers are very strong, I ended up with sore feet after the first time I used it. Delivery was excellent and on time, but it is super heavy to move upstairs. If you are moving it to an upper floor, you should probably pay for white glove service. Assembly is tricky, but there is a video online that helps alot. If you prefer a hard and deep massage, this is a perfect massage chair.

There’s a bit of a learning curve with the various massage programs available but you’ll appreciate the variety once you figure it out.Pluses:- The chair takes up very little space.- Their customer service team is super responsive.- Pay for the white glove delivery especially if the chair will be placed on the 2nd floor like mine was.Negatives:- I’m not a fan of the foot rollers. You can override them but you’ll lose the leg massage.- Wish I could go for another cycle without having the turn off and turn back on the machine. Of course you can just add more time once the timer beeps that tye cycle is almost over.Overall my wife and I are very satisified with the chair given the price. We both use it daily.

I’ve had my Kahuna massage chair for 4 months now and I couldn’t be happier. I looked at 3-4 other massage chairs in my area that sold for twice as much as this one and the Kahuna outperformed them all. My son and his girlfriend were both equally impressed. I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis in my right foot yet I don’t need any additional padding beyond what’s provided to protect my foot. I’ve also removed the back pad and I don’t experience any discomfort on my back either. The chair is extremely comfortable and if I choose to enjoy a second 15 minute massage, it would be very easy to fall asleep in the chair. You’d be hard pressed to find another chair close to this price that performs as well as this one.

This chair is definitely among the high end of whiskey massage chairs. The full body range is excellent – from your neck to feet. The air bag zones apply surprising pressure. The bluetooth speakers are probably not worth the extra $ though.

Nice chair for a decent price. Not sure why so many people leave feedback complaining about putting this thing together. Literally all you do is put on the two large sides and the two small sides, that’s it (total of 10 screws). The air hoses plug in easily as well, only four of them to connect. The base is heavy so it does take two people to move into position. I like this chair and am enjoying the various massage options, including your own programming. ***Updating now that I’ve had this chair for 3.5 years. Haven’t had any issues and I LUV this chair. Wrecked my bike and broke 5 bones in my back last year, had to wait six months before using it but it is very therapeutic now. Again, no issues in three and a half years.

This chair is amazing! I have had some lower back and neck issues, and decided to invest in a massage chair. I use it almost daily, whenever I have some free time to sit down. It is strong, perfect amount of pressure. I have tried most positions and love zero gravity, stretching and heating features. Bluetooth feature is an added bonus. I usually plan some calming meditation music. It is so relaxing, I almost fell asleep a few times.
