Great chair. Can be intense. Takes some time to figure out the controls and what massages work best for you, but one month in I’ve used everyday. Three times and three naps worth today!

Since it’s been only a month, it’s difficult to give the full verdict but so far it’s been a pleasure. I am using it at least twice a day. For the price, it’s a great deal. I wish they used a better material outside. The vinyl is very thin and it gets damaged easily when it gets scratched. But when it comes to mechanical operation, it seems to match pricey machines.

Chair delivery was delayed which lead to heighten expectations once arrived. Chair basically is assembled, just the footrest needs two screws tightened. First I was a bit disappointed when sitting in the chair as only the air bags activated. Took a few mins to understand the controls. There are many preprogrammed massages that have mixed reviews in our home. Entire family has really enjoyed the chair. You can change the back massage mode while using a preprogrammed massage to allow very customized feel. The chair is a bit narrower then expected. I’m 5’9″ 220 and fit … comfortably. The calf massage is almost useless, as the angle of the chair to foot rest does not always allow calf to be positioned for comfort. All in all the back rollers in this chair are the real star. When we evaluated chairs the 4D massage was most important. This chair did not disappoint with the deep tissue massage options. My wife has spinal arthritis and this chair is saving money vs going to live massage once a week. This has helped her fall asleep in the evenings. Hoping this investment lasts mechanically for years to come. Good luck with your hunt for a chair.

I bought a real relax back in few years ago; this one is way better; and it’s definitely worthy for its price. It needs two movers if you need to move it upstairs; otherwise not too hard to relocate in the same floor. The only downside is the foot rollers can be painful at some point, I just stop it. Which brings a very important handy feature of this chair, you can individually control the strength of each massage actions. I love it
